Shipping policy

Shipping charges will be added to all orders upon checkout. All orders will be reviewed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days, and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days after shipped. Please consider orders being shipped to states with harsher weather conditions that may cause delivery delays. In the case that an item is out of stock, we will restock our inventory weekly based on product availability from our suppliers (e.g. beads, charms, etc.). If the package is returned to us you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise.
