What is your refund policy?

In order for a refund to be given, all items must be shipped back to Mara'J Boutique. Returns will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if items are defective. Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day following the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed after the items are received and inspected. Most refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account/card.

 

To make a return, email maraj.boutique@gmail.com with the subject title (Return/Refund) to receive a Return #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return and if possible, photos of the defect to help us make improvements. A follow up email will be sent with the proper instructions on where to ship the return and please include your return number. Returns shipped back to our facility that did not receive a return # will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. 

 

Shipping charges are not refundable. We also do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. We also recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as receiving a tracking number for your package. 

 

Returns must be in an unused condition and with all the original packaging including the boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records.

 

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects due to shipping mishandling. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away, so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for a refund. 

 

How long will it take for my bracelet to be shipped?

All orders will be reviewed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours based on the timing that the order was placed.  Most in-stock items are shipped within 2 business days, and will arrive in 5 - 7 business days after being shipped. 

 

How are the bracelets unique?

No bracelet is made to one specification except for the Black Velvet Angel Bracelets and the Bangles. All others have their own bead style using various bead colors, bead shapes and bead sizes. We also made it to where, the way that the beads are placed on the elastic cord has a different pattern for each bracelet. 

 

What type of jewelry are the Mara'J bracelets classified as?

Our bracelets and bangles are considered costume jewelry and must be handled with care to ensure they do not tarnish quickly. Click the link for the Jewelry Care page to find quick tips on how to help your jewelry stay in great condition.

 

Do you offer bracelets in children's sizes?

Children bracelets can be made by leaving us a note at checkout requesting a children's size. 

 

How often will you come out with new styles? 

 New styles will be available every 2-3 months.

 

Do you ship international? 

Yes, but be aware international shipping charges may vary. All shipping charges will be added at checkout.
