In order for a refund to be given, all items must be shipped back to Mara'J Boutique. Returns will be accepted for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if items are defective. Returns must be postmarked by the 14th day following the date of purchase. Refunds will be processed after items are received and inspected. Most refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days to be credited back to your account/card.
To make a return, email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject title (Return/Refund) to receive a Return #. Please make sure to include the reason for your return and if possible, photos of the defect to help us make improvements. A follow up email will be sent with the proper instructions on where to ship the return and please include your return number. Returns shipped back to our facility that did not receive a return # will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Shipping charges are not refundable. We also do not cover the shipping cost of a return. We recommend returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service. We also recommend that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise as well as receiving a tracking number for your package.
Returns must be in an unused condition and with all the original packaging including the boxes. Please keep your receipt for your records.
Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects due to shipping mishandling. If a defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away, so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyers' negligence will not be accepted for a refund.
